To my friends:

I read the following in a book called "Simple Abundance" by Sarah Ban Breathnach, and loved it.  I shared it with my mom (she has the book also) and she typed it up.  I'm glad she did because now I can share it with you!  It brought me a lot of ideas to get more out of my life.  The title of it is "Coping with Stress."  But I think it's about more than just coping with stress, but coping with life.  Good things to think about in your everyday life.  It also just simply brought a smile to my face.  Hope you enjoy her ideas as well.

P.S. If Mom already sent this to you, I re-sent it to you so you could read my thoughts.  Love you all!
