What
Is The Hugs and Hope club and how does it work?
Each
month, I post the stories and pictures of children who are seriously
injured or ill. I ask visitors to the site to say a prayer for and mail
a card or small gift to each child (and their younger siblings) along with
a note of encouragement to the parents. This small effort on your
part can mean a great deal to a family battling cancer.

Card Really Makes a BIG Difference!
Little stones add up to BIG mountains! Mother Theresa once said that
the little things one person can do sometimes seem like a drop in the ocean,
but the ocean would be less without that one drop. Your efforts CAN
an DO make a difference in the lives of hurting people. It only takes
a few minutes to "send a smile across the miles." But it can mean
so much to the person who needs that smile!
An encouraging word,
A kind smile on your
face,
Can make someone's
life,
A much brighter place.
Little
steps can cover miles,
Little
acts of loving-kindness
Give
the world it's biggest smiles.
Little
words can soothe big troubles.
Little
hugs can dry big tears,
Little
candles light the darkness,
